The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious and extra things were supplied. Very nice.

The hotel was located very close to the plaza. The rooms were spacious,staff courteous and helpful. Parking was safe and secure. The beds were very comfortable and the comforter (duvet covered) was very nice.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was good.
Associate Jane Muggoleti (something like that). Very rude.

Our stay was nice, 80% of the staff was friendly. The evening dining menu was not family friendly. It would have been better except that one of the front desk staff was very rude and snooty to my wife.
