Business center overcharge for computer use.

Bath could use updating - very poor shower. Sliding door was in poor repair. Hilton needs to spend money on this location, rooms were run down in appearance. Everything had a charge associated.

Excellent location for walking around historic district and river.
Non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke and caused headaches.

We requested non-smoking, but the smell was so overwhelming when we opened the door that we found it hard to believe only the previous occupant smoked. It was more like the room had always been smoking and recently changed to non-smoking. After 20 minutes, my eyes were burning and my head was throbbing. No help from the front desk, only some Febreeze sprayed which lasted 10 secs. read more

The balcony was a great surprise - offered a lovely view of the city.
Had to use the heat and there was a distinct buring smell when we first turned it on.

The location was great - just what I wanted. The room still retained it's original charm but yet had modern updates. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice, but somewhat small. The balcony on the room facing the river was a really nice touch. All the staff I interacted with were professional and accommodating. The onsite parking was great - but thought it was expensive. ($13/day). read more
