Lobby was nice.
I was promised a king bed with pool view and ended up with 2 queens.
The front desk staff do not know the rules for Priceline customers. I was trying to surprise my new husband with a romantic getaway and called ahead to make sure that if we didn't already have a king bed, that I would pay to upgrade, if possible. The man said we had a king. When Dave went in to check in, he had to pay $35 to upgrade! (He is a tall guy and needs a big bed!) I don't mind paying to upgrade but I wanted to know ahead of time! read more

Very pretty hotel.
They made us sleep in separate beds. We are a married couple.
Attractive hotel, but they charged us an up charge just to have a queen bed. The room we were given had 2 full size beds, this was supposed to be a romantic evening.

Nice pool.
We heard loud noises in the night and it sounded like the wood ceiling was shifting.
Nice hotel, I would pay half price considering the other options in Scottsdale. Pool was nice, but the beds seemed awfully small.

The rooms interior was nice, the bed was great.
The AC did not work. It was very hot in the room.

Location is good, near lots for good restaurants.
That we could not get a king bed.
We have stayed here before and were happy with the staff, and grounds. The king bed rooms are much nicer. Valet is free and service very good. Had a drink in the bar at happy hour priced good. There were 3 large events that night, nowhere to park. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom small. Good business center since the internet was $9.95 if you used in your room. Enjoyed our stay for the price. read more

It was a lovely hotel, nice room, location, pool, etc.
Felt a bit taken by having to upgrade to get a king size bed.
The Scottsdale Hilton is in a very convenient location on Scottsdale Road, which is central to everything. The hotel is large, beautifully appointed, and the room we had was too. The room was nicely decorated and included some nice touches. We enjoyed our stay of 2 nights there.

The lobby is gorgeous, the lobby hallways are pretty with the large lighting fixtures and wide hallways.
