Excellent location room, no complaints and staff was very helpful.

The hotel itself is clean, well maintained and has a knowledgeable staff. Be aware you have to pay extras not listed or included in the price that will double your price - parking is 20.00 per night to self park - stay at one of the other 3 star hotels on the same street and get free parking and free Internet (Internet is expensive here). Parking is a long walk from the rooms - and when you leave, they take the room key, and then tried to charge me again to leave the parking garage - I had to leave my car at the gate and get a manager (you need your key to exit or they will charge you 25.00 non hotel fee. Parking speakers did not work and had to walk back inside the hotel (long walk from parking gate exit). Amenities are overpriced for even this hotel and location of the city. I have stayed in a lot of Hilton's and a lot of airport locations and this was the most Outrageous (They also don't tell you about the fees up front you find out when you check out). read more

We arrived and had to pay an additional 20 a day in parking. Got to the small room, had no microwave and no refrigerator. They charge 15 a day for a fridge and I didn't want to ask about the microwave. The shuttle is 14 a day per person, but ends at 10 pm so we had to drive our to the baseball game, which was not close to downtown.

Nice hotel - great staff - clean.
however - second time in a couple months when we get this hotel we keep be having rooms that are very noisy and fell it is because of the lower price that we are paying. Put by a trash container once and all night until about 300a the lid was being slammed shut by the restaurant we think. The second time we mentioned this and then were put by the ice machine or elevator making noise ALL night. We are wondering if this is done because it is the less rate and not tickled with that? Not sure that is something you can make a difference with or not? The Hilton IS very nice and we do like the hotel - just not what has happened the last couple times? Thank you. read more

This place was great. I loved the room, the beds, the lobby was pretty and the coffee bar made a mean latte and hot chocolate. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay for parking. I know it was an airport hotel, but as a guest I shouldn't have to pay for parking.

Loved getting a good deal . With it came the steep price of parking and very expensive meals at the restaurant.

Clean, attractive, large room.

Clean within room. Coffee maker. Walls too thin had a very loud neighbor. I would stay elsewhere but definitely would eat at Spencer again in the future.
