Amazing spa!
The handicap room and the maids talking outside our door from 6am to 9am.

The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful recommending a place for dinner.
Room was located right next to the cleaning crews quarters and they woke us up every morning yelling down the halls. We did spend the day at the spa on Saturday which was amazing, restful, and extremely relaxing. Would I stay here again? Yes, but I would try to request a quieter room.

The rooms were wonderful. The gym was great. Location was awesome.
Nothing.

This hotel far surpassed my expectations. We really enjoyed our stay. I had to work one day in the hotel and it was very comfortable for work. I also spent two additional days on vacation and we were completely comfortable. The rooms were comfortable with a young child. The dining was excellent. We would love to go back there again!

As an IT employee, wireless Internet costing $15 a day is a big deal breaker. Also no free breakfast. Come on, the cheap hotels have both of those amenities.

Hotel was one of the few luxury accommodation in the area. Nice to come back to a clean and spacious room.
Staff could use some customer service training. Staff was abrupt and didn't point out where room was. I had to find room myself.

Few 3 stars and above hotels in the area. This hotel was good after a long day of driving. I just wanted to get into a clean room and unwind. Hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. Only drawback about this hotel is the location. It is quite far from the uptown area (tourist). Other than that, if you want a nice accommodation Sedona with pool and golf, this hotel is it.

Beautiful hotel with many extras.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like about this hotel.

We got more hotel then we expected for the price that we paid. This hotel was clean, quiet and beautiful. We were in the hotel portion and our room had a fireplace and fridge/mini-bar and small deck. Very nicely decorated. The staff was great! There were two pools with a fire pit at each one. Nice restaurants too. I would definitely recommend this hotel/resort.
