The lobby decor, the front desk personnel, the location across from short hills mall.

Excellent hotel. Would be great for business travelers, but has a leisure ambiance about it that makes me feel as though I am on a vacation. The oriental rugs and furniture make the lobby feel like a living room. Staff is cordial and efficient. The room also maintains this same upscale leisure theme. The fixtures are not echoing a tacky hotel issue feel. My husband and I really appreciate this. It also had a quiet to it. It didn't seem to have six events going on and people bustling and running and making me crazy. Could almost forget that I was a stone's throw from the Jersey turnpike and other Jersey roads that challenge the best of travelers. read more

The best hamburger I ever had.
Hotel room was not cleaned as requested.

Room was not cleaned and they just pulled up the covers, sup on at the time had body order and we had to hear a story why this was not done. We don't need a story just do your job and care.
