It's location, friendly staff.
The pool - it was not very clean.
I would definitely go again - it was a little bit inconvenient to have valet parking only.
You had to pay every time you used your car and like I said the pool could have been alot cleaner.

Valets and bell persons were great!
We tried to dine at 4:30 PM and were turned away.
When we asked if the restaurant was open we were told it was. When we asked if we could have an early dinner we were told no - the restaurant was booked for the entire evening due to Valentine's Day. We noted the restaurant was just about empty. So, we left the hotel and ate elsewhere. When we returned to the hotel in about an hour we noted the restaurant was still almost empty. read more

I liked the location and the staff was very professional.
There were several roaches, leaky ceiling, broken refrigerator & broken shower knob.
I've stayed in St. Aug. before but never at the Hilton. I thought we'd get better room quality & the option to park elsewhere. Instead there is only valet parking at $18.00 a day & the room quality was worse than the other 1-2 star hotels we've used. There were several (big gross ones) roaches, a leaky ceiling in the hallway, our shower knobs where broken, our refrigerator was broken, everything on the menu cost way to much & they didnt include any breaksfast or dinner. We ate dinner one night at the Aviles, it cost us over $100.00 for two people. Everything at the Hilton was WAY over priced. They need to lower there prices by $100.00 and include breaksfast. I dont think I will stay at this Hilton ever again. read more

Location and very quaint setting.
Prices of the rooms should be lower.
Love the city and the hotel is a perfect location.
