Pool - the hotel was not crowded so we had the pool to ourselves!
They offered two bed room for a $10.00 surcharge.

The hotel was generally clean. We did move an Ottoman and found glass shards and a straight pin - scary since my children were barefoot at the time.

The hotel staff was very rude. The hotel charged me an extra $10 for two Queen beds and $10 for parking.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I was charged an extra $10 for requesting two Queen beds and $10 to park my car.

Rooms, sheets dirty, poor housekeeping, and terrible front desk staff, long wait to check out!

We expected better from Hilton and to think that we love staying at the Hilton made us re-think our view/expectations of this chain of hotel!

The free shuttle service!

Wonderful stay at a great price. Really appreciated the free shuttle service that took and picked up to the airport and metro link. Staff was very friendly and wanted to ensure we were comfortable. Was even asked about our stay as I exited the lobby on my way out. Will stay there again!
