The staff were exceptionally nice!
They put us in an old section of the hotel that was being renovated.

This hotel is very nice in appearance. It was full the night we stayed so they gave us a room in the old section that hasn't been in use for a long time. Nothing worked in the room AC was broken, pull out was broken, light was burned out, smelled of smoke in non-smoking section (match found on the floor). The manager was wonderful and although he couldn't move us he did give us many coupons for free stuff, breakfast, internet, stuff at the store, a movie rental. read more

The layout of the hotel suite. The large screen TV.
Room service menu was not in hotel services binder. Certain advertised features of TV were unavailable.

Excellent accommodation for our purposes. Very comfortable bed. Room service was very accommodating.

The suite was more than what we expected!
The couch and chair in the living area were quite grease stained where your head and arms would rest.

Great central location to the malls we were shopping at. The staff was very friendly and most accommodating.

Great two room suites.
Pay per view not working.

A really nice upscale hotel for a fantastic price through Priceline. Spacious two room suites, a great center atrium with a cool bar and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable.
The night desk clerk was unfriendly and sullen.

The day desk clerk was fabulous, went above and beyond to be helpful to everyone. Hotel interior and rooms were very clean. Outside there was overflowing trash in the evening, which included broken glass that was still there in the morning. There were a lot of preteens and teens in the halls. Apparently the parents rent the rooms for parties. It seemed very empty and operating on minimal staff, but inside it was great. read more
