The staff at the front desk.
The staff at the breakfast is not so friendly.

The rooms are comfortable but I think the hotel needs a wider range of room services available, however, the staff do their best to pleased the customer.

Musty smell in the pillows.

The business center was small, but the workout room was fantastic. We had small kids with us and the suite hotel was large and comfortable for the family. The pillows did smell musty, but the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Very clean and the staff were always friendly. The beds were great.
A little away from where I was working, but for the money and the excellence of the stay it was not a problem.

This hotel was very clean. The bath water was very hot (a good thing). The free breakfast was very good for a buffet. The service was comparable to a 4 or 5 star hotel. I would stay here and will stay here again. A real nice place to stay for business or pleasure.

I liked the presentation and ambiance.
Elevators were slow.

Great service, great location and tremendous price. Breakfast cooks were outstanding and room was spacious and comfortable. Quality of room service food was exceptional as well.

Excellent breakfast that was included, also a happy hour from 5-7pm that was free!! Yes drink as much as you want and leave a tip.
Outdoor pool was not heated, but nice enough to sit next to.

Excellent hotel, would highly recommend it. The breakfast is the most inclusive buffet breakfast that we have ever had, hot and cold items of all kinds and the bar happy hour was great. This hotel tends to have an older crowd, 50-60's and on up

None, everything was great.

This hotel is great. Clean, safe, and a wonderful staff. We would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to stay here. The cooked to order complimentary breakfast was like none other for guest.

I like the size of the suites and although the bathroom is small.
You don't allow small pets.

It is a good hotel, but it is not a really fine hotel.
