The room was an outstanding value.
Very noisy with kids running around unattended.

This is an outstanding hotel for travelers. The amenities - bed, linen, furniture - are superb. It is a bit tricky to find, but it is close to a variety of restaurants and shopping venues.

Mattresses need to be updated.

This is a very attractive, clean upscale hotel located just north of the Brentwood area. Access off I-65 is a bit awkward if you are not familiar with the area. Overall I would rate it at a 9.5 however, with no major complaints. A real value for the bid accepted at less than half their internet rates. Would hope to get this hotel next time I am in the Nashville area.

This hotel was easily accessed from interstate and close to good dining. Room was large as well as the bathroom. Was very impressed with the overall quality of the hotel.

Very clean rooms, halls, and lobby. Many young children were there for a karate tournament. The hotel had two extra security guards on staff to make sure the halls and common areas were safe and quiet.

Great location. I stay there frequently while visiting my daughter at school in the city. I enjoy staying in Brentwood, quick drive to city and location is very safe. Loved the hotel.

The atmosphere and environment was relaxing.
After a 12 hour drive, I expected there to be valet parking. No one was there to help us with bags. Also minimal parking.

All in all, this hotel was enjoyable, clean and friendly. I would recommend it to friends and family and not worry.

The layout of the room/suite.
It did not have flat screen televisions.

I thought the place looked a bit dated and it was a bit of a challenge to get to. That said, the suite layout was quite attractive and laid out very nicely.
