Loved the location and the rooms.
Could use better toilet paper.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The bed was super comfortable and the room was good, with a work area and two TV's.

The location was spectacular - close to everything!
The lack of fan in the bathroom meant everything got a bit steamy after a shower.

Great hotel, lots of modern updates to decor and furniture, etc, comfortable bed, with loads of big fluffy down pillows. The view from our 27th floor room was amazing. And the amount of space in the suite made it extra comfortable - we could really spread out.

The room was beautiful and spacious, and the pool/whirlpool was tremendous. So relaxing all of it. That was my goal.
Valet parking was a bit steep.

Perfect location. The rooftop pool, sauna, and whirlpool completely met my expectations and afforded me the relaxation in the city that I needed. I'd definately return to this hotel.

Nice and clean accomodations. Liked the bedding(comfortable) and towel quality. Refrigerator and microwave are nice to have in the room. Also liked that living area was separate from the bedroom.

Location was great, close to shopping, museums, great food and close to my business appointment.
The lady in the convenience coffee shop would not make change for me so I could tip the door person.

Very convenient and clean. Beds very comfortable.

The bar located in hotel has wonderful. All the bartenders where very friendly. A great place to relax after a long day.
