Old stains on carpet and sofa cushion.

Great location - on major thoroughfare, next to major mall, and was close to basketball arena. Staff very accomodating. Beautiful interior and lobby.

Wi-Fi not free. Pool was outdoor and thus closed for our trip.

A great location for area activities.
The hotel bar was was not stocked properly.

Quick check in. Staff was excellent. 3rd floor area carpet appeared worn. Bath room door was
spattered with unknown substance. No plastic bag available for laundry. Hotel lobby bar not up to par with rest of hotel service.

Two TV's and comfortable sitting room.
The breakfast was extremely expensive.

The hotel is in a convenient location with shopping nearby. Good place to stay. Breakfast was much too expensive.

We were given a handicap room. Upon entering the bathroom the knob that turns off/on the water in the shower was laying on the folded bath mat. I went to the lobby and the desk clerk gave us another room across the hall. The phone in the room we stayed in did not have a dial tone. I made sure it was plugged in but still did not work. I told the front desk upon our departure. the television also had some problems with lines going through the screen. read more
