Over-priced for level of facilities.

Nothing negative. We got a price worthy of the room we got. It didn't feel like a great deal. Were told we were getting a 5-star hotel, but not really true. If located anywhere else it would be a three-star.

Concierge's ability to provide restaurant suggestions and booked us a reservation. Ultimately, staff at restaurant provided exceptional service.
When we were unable to check in early, front desk should have coordinated luggage storage but instead we had to take it down ourselves.
