That it was located on the campus of the University of Toledo.

Very nice and
clean hotel. Located right on University of Toledo Campus. Clean looking pool. Excellent fitness room, one of the best I have used. Would definitely stay here again. Would have liked a continental breakfast to be included for free, but you could buy food in the hotel restaurant.

They were helpful and accommodating after giving us a room with wet carpet, then moving us to a room next to the elevator and earshot from the elevator lobby music, to finally getting us to a quiet room. But I'm wondering why we didn't just get the last room first.

I liked the location for what we wanted to do it was in safe place. Loved the pool.
I did not feel that the staff was helpful unless asked. They did not give suggestions of places to visit or tell about features of the hotel.

It was just remodeled.

The staff was excellent. The rooms newly remodeled with beds that rival the heavenly beds of the Westin. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms have been renovated. Nice beds.
Room was not available at 5pm when I checked in.

Remodel is almost complete. Do not consider this hotel a downtown location as I requested.

The staff was very friendly. We were allowed to check in early.

The hotel was able to handle visitors to Toledo U's Homecoming, the Ohio Univ's football team, and a wedding very efficiently.

No seating in lobby area.

Enjoyed everything about the hotel. Its location is perfect for all my reasons for being in Toledo is in the south end.

Although the rooms were clean, this faciltiy is begining to see it's age. Needs updating.

The bell Captain was very friendly and helpful with directions to several locations.
There wasn't really anything I did not like about the hotel.

The other people I was with stayed at the hotel on previous occasions and said the rooms were remodeled. I loved the room and the beds were great especially with all the pillows. Even the halls were decorated nicely, except the rug from the elevators to the lobby. I found the pattern a little dizzying, and no I wasn't drinking!! It was a good stay and I would definateley stay there again. read more
