They put me in an upper floor room with a great view.
I did not like having to check out and leave.

Airport pick-up was prompt. The hotel was what I expected from a Hilton. First class! They treated me as they would any Hilton guest. The room was great with a sitting room and awesome view. The hotel is 2 blocks from 2 major malls and a real nice park for walking and jogging. There are also lots of restaurants in the area. The new Vancouver Metro is also only 2 blocks away.

The hotel entrance was difficult to find at night.

Very good hotel for reasonable price. Staff was excellent.

Nearby the airport and in an interesting part of the Vancouver area.
The parking lot was confusing to navigate and inadequately marked.

Modern, comfortable and convenient for traveling to the airport.

Open view on higher floors, cannot hear the nearby highway much, and was close by Richmond center.
Parking is not ideal, long hallway to elevator area, nothing much to see around the hotel.
