The customer parking is a little confusing.

Loved the room, loved the hotel, and loved the neighborhood. Close to the TransLink Metrotown Station.

Clean. Nice lounge.
General neighborhood - nothing to do in vicinity. Poor restaurants.

Really the hotel was fine. It was the location of the hotel that was lacking. I appreciated that they honored my Hilton status with an upgrade and executive lounge privileges.

I liked my room on the 15 floor, the bellman was nice.
It was a bit dated for a Hilton probably needs to be refurbished soon.

Everything was fine and okay, nice decor when you upgrade to a junior suite. No big wow though. Very comfortable bed. Loved the Crabtree & Evelyn lotions and shampoos.
