Loved the pool and fitness center. Good coffee provided in the rooms! Liked the suite with extra sofa bed.
No in-room hair dryer. No fan in bathroom; got very hot after shower ran.

We took a family vacation with three adults, a grandma and two kids (ages ten and eight). We all stayed in a family suite that slept six people and were very comfortable. We had a separate bedroom and a fold-out sofa bed along with two flat screen TVs, a nice bathroom and good room service. I was very happy with the hotel room and the facilities.

staff was very accomdating. location to restaurants and actitives was great
no fridge in thr room. bathroom door block usage of tub/toilet

Staff and location were great. The room was very noisy. You can here others in the rooms next to yours. No fridge in room to store water. no paper in the am. The USAToday did not arrive until after 6pm everyday. Small issues that can be retified...but the Hilton REALLY needs to ban smoking in all rooms and floors. Smoking floors smell drifted out to other rooms and floors.

They do not, pat attention to detail, my car was damaged, my room needed maintenance.

The room only Looked good, a towel rack was missing. The headboard was pulled off the wall, the A/C cover was 4" off the wall. The light was off from day one, 3 house cleaners told me they would fix it, and it was still out when I checked out, The internet didn't work in my room, they tried, but couldn't fix it. Yet the front desk was friendly.

Staff was very nice.
bathroom, hours of pool use,charge for parking not included in price.

The staff at the Hilton Silver Springs was nice. However, as a family staying during summertime, the pool was not available until early evening and the showers were less than warm in the hotel rooms. The bathroom was very small and I was charged $12 a day for parking. It seemed a little scammish, to add an extra fee on top of what I had planned to spend. Overall I would not rate this as a 3 star hotel, with the exception of the staff. read more
