The hotel was clean. The restaurant was great and the breakfast food was very good as well as the price.
The location was in an area that appears to be loosing it's appeal. There was a Sam's Club located near by as well as a parking area for trucks near.

Very nice hotel for travelers looking for a good deal for their money. I would stay there again.

Beautifully appointed decor in the rooms and public areas, friendly reception, convenient parking, wonderful banquet services at wedding reception.
Difficult access to main thoroughfare for those unfamiliar with area but not the fault of hotel.

This is a beautiful, upscale hotel in a lovely area of Gaithersburg, just off I-270 and tucked in among mature trees. Reception staff was gracious and efficient and room was tastefully decorated in quality finishes and furnishings. I attended a wedding at a nearby church and returned to the reception at this Hilton. The cocktail hour, appetizers, meal and cake were all nicely presented and as tasty as any banquet food ever is. Check-in and -out were both problem free in spite of the fact that I did not book with the wedding block. read more

Customer service had gotten much better from previous stays in the same hotel.
They gave us double bed room, even when traveling with our baby. The beds are too small.

Overall we had a very pleasant & easy stay!

The staff was above and beyond in helpfulness.
I am asthmatic and the freshener used caused some difficulty.

For someone without a car, this is the place you want to stay. The staff and management were very helpful in providing shuttle and services assistance for the five of us who stayed there in conjunction with attending a funeral.
