The hotel and rooms were very clean and well kept. The problem was the noise. There were about 100 kids staying at the place when we were staying and they were never quiet. They ran up and down the halls, made tons of noise throughout the night and we basically could not get sleep. When we complained to the hotel staff, they said they were working on it. I guess they are still working on it. I do not recommend staying here if you cannot sleep in a noisy environment. read more

No free wireless internet in the rooms.

The location was good. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The metro into
DC was across the street. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Free internet access only in common areas.
I would stay here any time.

Beautiful lobby. Great sitting areas in lobby.
I don't like to pay for parking.

Very comfortable rooms. Great lobby to socialize with friends and family. We did not use the pool or the exercise facility however they were both very inviting. Good location.

It was very pretty and the staff was friendly.
There was a big open area in the middle of the hotel which looked beautiful however I could hear the noise of people talking/laughing while in my room.

Nice hotel, pretty. Had to pay to park which seemed very expensive. Luckily I could park nearby on the street for free.

Convenient, clean and comfortable.
Hate paying extra for parking, $12/day & internet $10/day.

Aside from my personal bias against paying extra to park and get internet access. I have no complaints. A nice hotel in a convenient location.

Acoustics.

This hotel was beautiful, clean, safe in terms of security. We did not eat here, but it was just across the street from the metro and so very convenient to all of DC area. The staff was very accommodating, parking was $12.00 a good value. The acoustics of our room were horrible! If you are hearing impaired or pack earplugs, it would be great, but the echo of the people down in the lounge reverberated through our top floor level room most of the night and was not conducive to a good nights rest. I would not feel comfortable having small children on any but the first floor. They may be tempted to try to climb over the minimal barriers to the central atrium. read more

The location was great for using the Metro to go to DC.
The fact that a life guard was at the pool at all times when my husband and I were the only ones using the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the bar and the fact that they gave you complimentary mixed nuts with your drinks.
