Front desk had
incorrect reservations. They did correct everything.

Not spectacular, but okay. The Hyatt just down the road from this Hilton is excellent. This hotel suffers by comparison.

The shower.
Rooms were not ready and they really not want to recognize my Hilton gold status.

The hotel was OK, rooms were not ready when we arrived at about noon but that was understandable. In today's economic environment all of the large hotel chains should be recognizing frequent travelers regardless of how they book there reservations.

Room was clean and neat.
No free internet! Nothing near hotel.

The hotel has a $10 charge for in-room internet. Give me a break! Internet should be included with every hotel stay, every where. The hotel is OK, but rooms are OK, nothing fancy, no refrigerators. There are no inexpensive places to eat or walk to, only the bar menu when I was there, no other restaurants. In business area, no place to walk, necessarily.
