Manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating in spite of the strain of an unexpectedly heavy snowstorm.

Because of the snowstorm, hotel had to let many staff leave early while others couldn't get in. We were pleasantly surprised Saturday night to be treated to a free dinner buffet at a time when the hotel restaurant and most local restaurants were closed. Great meal, nice touch! Manager then took pictures of us out by a snowman formed by the front fountain - and emailed the pix to us! Very nice! read more

Hotel staff.

I stayed for around 12 hours. They do not have common use microwave. Water was leaking in the tub. I did not bother to report as I have had reviewed the reviews.

High congestion during rush hours.

The hotel was located near the interstate highway but was quiet because of small berms between property and road. The rooms were very nice with flat screen, individual or two cup coffee maker and clock radio with MP3 player feed. The lobby was attractive and the restaurant seemed popular.
