Convenient to everything.
Decor in hotel rooms was outdated, bathrooms outdated & needed maintenance.

Expensive for the age of the hotel.

Great experience.
I do not appreciate how Price-line takes additional cost from customers.

The hotel was extraordinary. Service was excellent and food was supreme. The room itself was upscale. I recommend the hotel to everyone.

The bed was amazing.
Breakfast staff wasn't very professional. They were kinda ghetto.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable with amazing Tempurpedic beds. The hotel breakfast restaurant was only average, nothing special. There's a Ruth Chris inside if you have the money to eat there. Overall, the hotel is a good experience with some room to improve in on-site entertainment.

Tempurpedic bed, down comforter and excellent price.
Absurd parking rates and slow maid service.

Rooms were small but well appointed in a convenient location at the end of the Riverwalk. The bed was a dream to sleep in. Very clean, especially the updated bathroom. All good views, blackout drapes, great price with a helpful front desk, sent up an I-bridge for my laptop immediately. The negatives I personally observed: maid service had not come to the room by 4:30 when I had returned from being at the beach all day, self parking rate is absurd for the not very well maintained parking lot and the snack counter is overpriced. read more

Location.
Construction.

You'll be disappointed to find that half of those riverview rooms have no view of the river. The stairs are under construction so every elevator ride stops on all 9 floors. The coffee from the coffee shop is a bit expensive and tastes like bilge water. Forget about this place.

Our room was beautiful with great view of the river.
We had problems with our room key, not working almost every day.

The hotel has recently had a major renovation and it shows! The lobby, our room and the restaurant were all beautiful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our only problem was the fact that the room key wouldn't work about once a day and that meant a trip down to the lobby again.

Comfortable bed and great view of town.
It was a little hard to find.

I liked that fact that it was close to old historic buildings and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great. We enjoyed the breakfast. The lady that took care of breakfast was very nice and helpful. The staff was very helpful and curious

The room had a great view of the battleship north Carolina.
Despite being very comfortable the room was small.

An excellent hotel in the heart of Downtown Wilmington. Small but very comfortable rooms.

Memory foam mattress!
Small bathroom.

Coming to visit Wilmington, I wanted to stay somewhere decent, because Wilmington hotels are not exactly luxurious. Enjoyed the Hilton. Loved our view (directly above the pool, overlooking the cape fear river). Bed was super comfy. The room I got was all bed (king) but what else are you doing in a hotel room? The lobby was nice and the manager made a point to greet me on my checkout. Overall, highly satisfied with the experience. read more
