Motel was fine.

It would be good for the motel, if it catered to more of The Albany State University Alumni and supporters. I would suggest that you contact Albany State University and make them a package offer on prices and headquarters facilities for homecoming activities. This will bring hundreds more customers to your motel.

The free breakfast buffet.
Minor cosmetic upgrades needed in the room.

A good, comfortable stay with decent amenities. The rooms need some attention, but there's nothing that can't be overlooked easily. The staff was probably the best part: always friendly, courteous, professional, and willing to help.

The location was great. There was an abundance of businesses and other resources.
My hotel was outside of the hotel, which presented a safety issue in my opinion.

No complimentary breakfast of any kind.

The location and rooms were great.
The staff could be a little bit more friendlier. They were not rude, but not happy.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was absolutely fantastic! The food was great as well.

Stained room carpet and shower curtain.

I had a good experience, overall. However, more attention should be given to the cleanliness of room carpets and stained shower curtains are unacceptable. Holiday Inn should also consider eliminating germ infested bedspreads.

Convenient location to all local amenities.
Entry to hotel was inconvenient.

The room and amenities were great, but I was nervous entering and exiting the building since there was a stairwell over the entrance door where someone could hide.

This hotel was very clean and was conveniently located. My only complaints were the toilet was a little wobbly and the bottom sheet would not stay fitted to the bed.

The hotel is in a good location.
The cleaning of the rooms was done late in the evenings if you are staying over for another day.

The hotel was comfortable and clean when I first arrived, however, I had a problem with the cleaning staff not cleaning the room until late in the evening after 3:00 p.m. The response given was that the check-outs get first preference in having their rooms cleaned first. The cleaning staff was about to leave when I called asked why the room had not been cleaned.
