Sure, it's "not that easy to find" this "hit-or-miss" hotel "on a one-way" frontage road off of I-5, but its "proximity to theme parks" (less than two miles to the Mouse), the $3 shuttle service and very little "road noise" make up for a lot; pluses in the "nice-enough" rooms include a fridge, "lots of storage space" and "large", "well-designed baths"; some even have views of Mickey's fireworks.

Originial room shower had problem with water drainage. Hotel staff changed the rooms and the new room was OK.

I loved the shampoo and lotion smell.
I wish the rooms had a microwave.

It was a very nice hotel. The pool was outside but warm enough for the colder air. It was clean.

The staff was fairly helpful and friendly.
It was disgustingly dirty.

The hotel looks nice on the outside and in the lobby. However, our room was filthy. There was mold growing in the shower. There was mildew in the ice bucket. We were also charged for local phone calls
which is outrageous to begin with, but even more so because there was no notice on the phone that local phones incur charges. We ordered room service for breakfast, which was actually priced about the same as would be a Denny's or IHOP. However, the quality of the food was far below that of either of those restaurants (which is saying something). One of our meals actually tasted terrible, the other meal was just average. read more

The room and bathroom was very nice and
clean.
The restaurant's food is not very good. The service in the evening was understaffed.

All in all, the hotel was very nice and we would visit this hotel again. We would frequent another restaurant tho. The landscaping was lush.

OK location not.
Location.

The hotel was fine. When I found out where the hotel was it is not friendly for kids. The shuttle service is terrible it take 30 mins or more to get to Disneyland.

Bad location on one way road had to go way out of your way to get anywhere.

Not enough handicap parking.

I found the hotel very pleasant. The staff was most helpful. I had wished that I had booked for another night.

Prompt! Informative! Friendly!
The baseboards in bathroom were dusty and spotted.

We are pass holders to Disneyland and love staying overnight, locally. Its nice to stay in a cozy and clean and beautiful hotel. Truly a luxury! Thanks for participating in Priceline! We're on a fixed budget and we are glad to stay with you in the future.
