It was very comfortable after a long day at Disneyland. Perfect!
The resort fee after the trip.

The hotel was a very nice and comfortable hotel. It was very clean and the staff friendly and happy to help. Would recommend for any family going on a Disneyland trip.

Nice decor in the lobby.
Old televisions in room and bathrooms need updating.

This is your average Holiday Inn with the exception of the lovely makeover to the lobby. Too bad they focused only on the lobby and did not update the guest rooms save for new cool paint colors.

Price. Relative convenience.
Not luxurious in the least. Additional $10 a night resort fee. This is not a resort.

Very basic hotel that meets the minimum needs of being close enough to Disney at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly if not overly knowledgeable. I would go back again at this price, but based on the 3 star rating, I was a bit disappointed in the feel of the hotel.

On the ART bus route, great swimming pool.
No continental breakfast as advertised.

Rooms were very clean, re-modeled hotel. Was not thrilled that the advertised continental breakfast was not available anymore as their website stated. They offered a 'Kids eat free' with adult meal purchase but the kid choices were minimal and not a lot of food for a hungry 8 year old. Also did not like that they pre-billed by card for $50 for incidentals that I never incurred. It was credited back and then they charge you the $10 a day resort fee + tax. read more

The convenience to Disneyland.
The sound of the fireworks at Disneyland if you aren't attending the show is disruptive and extremely loud.

Close to Disneyland, clean. Meets the expectation of a 3 star hotel. Parking lot seems a bit sketchy and the fireworks from the Teme Park are very loud and seem to be going off in the parking lot.
