Compared with other 3 star hotels in which we have stayed in Ann Arbor this is a 2 1/2 star hotel not a 3 star.

Close to UM and easy to find.

Visiting the college UM this was clean close to roads and easy to find would Priceline again if we decide this college is our chose.

Great location, excellent staff other than hostess at restaurant on 10/18/09 a.m. that seemed indifferent.
Hostess in restaurant on 10/18/09 a.m. shift was indifferent. Could use levers in bath/shower rather than knobs.

The decor was somewhat dated, and didn't match what the website showed beginning at the front entrance. Updating details such as doors, shower hardware, and electric outlet access in bath and main room would help. Bed and linens were very comfortable, the hotel overall was quiet and easy to rest in. Other than one staff member noted previously, I would rate the staff service as excellent. read more

We have stayed at various 3 star hotels in the Ann Arbor area, and this is not a 3 star hotel when compared with other hotels such as the Marriott Eagle Crest.

I thought the chicken was OK, and the room wasn't expensive.
Loud yelling teenagers using pool well into the evening and early morning hours kept me awake.

A noisy pool sits just outside your window at this not-updated-in-a-while hotel that leaves you confused whether it's a one-star or 1.5-star establishment. Housekeeping and maintenance staff ambled in and out of the room at random intervals, yet only supplied a piece of tape to fix a broken door lock mechanism.
