I had trouble obtaining a hair dryer.

Business Traveler 7.0 Ceanliness of room.
Staff were hard to reach via phone; no wi-fi; no microwave.
Decent and clean, good value for the money but had some problems reaching front desk staff to request wake up call. Also, difficult to deal with when I accidentally purchased a movie. Aflowa from Newark,NJ

Solo Traveler Very close to DC, clean, shuttle provided to metro.
Children in the lobby being very loud and unsupervised.

Couple 3.0 Location.
The air conditioning in the room did not work well making it very uncomfortable to sleep.
The room looked great for a Holiday Inn but we were not happy with our stay. Although the air conditioning felt cold coming out of the unit under the window, the vents were pointed straight up. This unfortunately did not cool the room. We sweated all night sleeping with no blanket or sheet. When we explained the situation to the front desk in the morning they were not responsive. They just told us that the manager was not on duty until Monday! Would not consider this a 3 star hotel. read more Michelle from Suitland,MD
