The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel needs updating. It's so spread out that it's inconvenient to get to your room.

Staff was great. Service great. Hotel is a little dingy and needs a face lift.

Rooms were outdated.

The rooms are out dated and many of the rooms are very far away from the elevators and lobby.

The woman at the front desk was amazing when they gave me a room I did not request.
The manager was very rude.

The hotel is basic, but clean and the vast majority of the people who worked there went out of their way to make my stay very pleasant.

The staff was amazing.
Our initial room was awful, old and disgusting but they upgraded it.

The hotel is old and not classy but fine for a quick trip and decently close to the plaza. Make sure you request an updated room, the others are like being sent back in time 20 years.

Free shuttle service w/in a 3 mile radius.
No continental breakfast.

The front gathering space was very nice! They offer a free shuttle w/in a 3 mile radius, which we used to take us to The Plaza shopping area. However, when we called at 10:30 for a ride back, nobody answered so we had to walk back. The room was OK, but not what I expected for a 3 star rating. Too small, standard TV rather than a larger flat screen, bed was way too hard.
