It was walking distance to the campus and good restaurants.
There were glasses and dishes left outside rooms in the common walking areas late in the day.

Road access, getting into and out of the hotel was difficult.

Location, cleanliness, helpful staff, value.
Should include continental breakfast like its sister Holiday Inn Express.

Hotel is conveniently located near Downtown and the U of Ga. Rooms is clean, well-appointed and represents a good value. Noise may be a problem as the hotel hosts U of Ga. orientations. Staff very helpful and courteous. Should offer a free continental breakfast like the Holiday Inn Express down the road.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent
Bathroom was too small. Was an older hotel- needs some upgrades. The air conditioner in the room was not very sufficient.

The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet but was not included, as most hotels have now. The bathroom was small. The air conditioner was not the best, okay. Good for an overnighter.

Excellent location, very friendly staff.
An older property, could use some touch-ups.

A prime location for visiting downtown Athens, Georgia and the University of Georgia, this hotel's best feature was its staff. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Location.
It was not as clean as I expected it to be there were little bugs in the bathroom and toilet seat was dirty.

The staff was very friendly but the room was not as clean as expected.

Location in reference to our event was excellent, convenient to eateries.
Our room opened out to parking area, loud car and foot traffic.

Great experience. Staff was awesome. Loved the location. Room clean. Would stay again. Good price.
