No complimentary breakfast at the price level.

Hotel was clean, staff was very nice, location was excellent for my needs. My only problem with the hotel was the fact that it did not have any sort of complimentary breakfast.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent
Bathroom was too small. Was an older hotel- needs some upgrades. The air conditioner in the room was not very sufficient.

The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet but was not included, as most hotels have now. The bathroom was small. The air conditioner was not the best, okay. Good for an overnighter.

An older property, could use some touch-ups.

A prime location for visiting downtown Athens, Georgia and the University of Georgia, this hotel's best feature was its staff. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Location in reference to our event was excellent, convenient to eateries.
Our room opened out to parking area, loud car and foot traffic.

Great experience. Staff was awesome. Loved the location. Room clean. Would stay again. Good price.

Great location Friendly staff.
Beds not very comfortable.

Perfect location for a football game at UGA. Walking distance to stadium, and they let you tailgate in the parking lot! Super friendly staff and very helpful with parking, etc. They even let us park our car there before the check in time so we didn't have to pay $20 to park in a public parking area. Very, very nice people!

Clean and close to downtown Athens
The beds mattress were horrible.

Beds were very bad, but overall hotel was clean and staff were helpful.
