The staff happily went over the top to provide everything we needed!! And fast!!

From the first minute the hotel came into sight I was pleased with my choice. The parking attendant could apparently see that we were wondering where to turn in and he literally went out to the corner to waive us in! He was fantastic, friendly, patient and helpful!! A man who enjoys his job. That says a lot about a hotel. We were checked in with ease and went to our room to find a very clean, beautiful environment with a great view!! read more

Location was right off highway.
Parking was too expensive. $ 20.00 per day.

Ate breakfast only one day. Breakfast was good by expensive for a family of three. Hotel is beautiful, staff is friendly, rooms are clean but a little on the small side. I would definitely stay again.

It was modern and very close to everything.
Recently renovated and might still be under construction.

Hotel was great and is in a great location. The staff went above and beyond for me and made the stay even better.

I wasn't made aware that there would be an additional charge of $20 upon checking in. The $20 fee is for valet service, no matter visit length.

Difficult to get to, crowded entryway, mandatory $20 valet service charge. Other than the above mentioned complaints, the room was beautiful & overall quite pleasant.

Inability to negotiate with staff.

This hotel is overall a great place, however, we were accused of smoking in the room. We were not smoking in either room. They would not even hear our side of the accusations.
