The cleanliness of the hotel and the staff.

This is a great hotel for business or leisure travel. The accommodations were excellent. I usually do not like hotel beds, but the bed was awesome and I slept very well.

It was easy to find.

Beds were very comfortable, staff was friendly and knew directions around town, maid service was great. All in all a great place to stay.

The room was very stylish and welcoming.
There was a very loud event going on past midnight, kept me awake.

The hotel itself was very nice, although we did not use the pool, or the jacuzzi, they did look very clean and well kept.

It was close to the interstate.
The hot tub water was green and not clean.

Overall just a regular hotel. Nothing special for a brand new place. Wallpaper was already starting to peel. If you want to use the pool or hot tub, I'd think again. It was not clean. Hotel managed to lock us out of our room.

Clean rooms.
Staff seemed too busy to help when I checked in.

Usually a good stay, had problems checking in - the staff didn't seem to have any urgency to welcome me. When I checked out I did not get a receipt or a newspaper. I had to go and ask for a receipt and the clerk had a difficult time printing one up - I, again, seemed to be in the way. It was unwelcoming.
