Our room was next to ice machine and it was very noisy.

Hotel was nice and fairly clean, although the bathroom could have been cleaner. Plus-the bed and pillow were comfortable and clean. Minus-it was a small TV and hard to see from bed. And, as I mentioned above, our room was very noisy, at all hours of the night.

Loved it all.

The Holiday Inn at the Arboretum is a little gem tucked back into a neighborhood in North Austin. Being that it is so far away from the actual city, one might not expect the excellent upscale type of accommodations that you will find here. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel restaurants are not to shabby, it is easy access to the HWY., and the rooms are more than comfortable. read more

Quiet, comfortable, and a wonderful staff.
Location a little difficult to get to. Breakfast buffet was definitely not worth the price.

Lovely hotel, and a lovely stay.

Hotel is located in a nice and clean area, mini fridge comes in handy.
Small restroom with one vanity.

Visited Austin for ACL Music Festival, hotel was nice and clean. Would recommend again, but its not romantic. Restaurants are not near by.

The layout and the staff. Great job.
The sports bar. I couldn't hear my family at the same table.

We enjoyed the hotel. We've stayed before. The staff is extremely friendly and the housekeeping staff great. I just don't like Legend's Sports Bar. I understand the theme, but its not a place for families.

The staff was polite, helpful and just plain awesome!
Access from the highway is a little tricky.

What a gem of a hotel this is. I can't remember the last time I received service and attentiveness from a hotel in this star category. They were polite, helpful, even sent a repair man to my room when I couldn't figure out how to get the high-speed running. I highly recommend!

Staff allowed us to check in early which was very helpful. Room was nice, coffee stains on comforter were covered with a sheet. very noisy at night.
