The front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. Nice clean room.
Quincinera in ballroom. Music was a bit loud but not for too late.

The property was really nice and well kept. My son enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. Felt safe and it was really close to the Austin Steamtrain we had ridden on that day. Great for the price. We will return.

Great pool .
No bellhop and old TV.

This Holiday Inn was probably top notch at it's prime. It's certainly outdated from the road, but inside it's much nicer. The rooms were surprisingly well decorated in modern colors. The indoor/outdoor pool was large for the size of the hotel and we had it to ourselves on Memorial Day.

The indoor/outdoor pool was great for the kids.
Unattended children running throughout the hotel/small bugs in restroom.

Older hotel could use a little updating. Small ant like bugs around sink and bathtub. Bathtub did not drain well. The pool was great. Restaurant should stay open a little later.

The rooms are
really small.

The rooms were small. The double beds were tiny. The toilet didn't flush unless you held the handle. The TV remote didn't work properly. The pool was supposed to be heated and it didn't feel heated to me at all. The doors are not automatic, so don't go up to the door with your hands full unless you have someone to help you open the door. The staff wasn't available to help with that. The bubbles in the spa didn't work either. read more
