The hotel has recently remodeled the rooms they were very nice.
The outside pool was rather cold, they need refrigerators in the rooms.

The hotel was very clean and very friendly staff. If I vacation in the area again I will stay at this hotel.

Furniture in public areas very shabby.

Very good purchase for price paid. Hotel is undergoing renovation. We got renovated room, clean and comfortable, but upholstered furniture in public areas was shabby and stained.

Though close to the airport there was lots of green space and good landscaping.
Thin walls (heard doors slamming up and down the hall.)

The staff was very friendly an efficient from the front desk staff (at all hours of the night) to the 2 shuttle drivers to and from the airport. We were pleased by the efficiency of the staff, the cleanliness of our room and how well informed the staff was as well.

The beds were huge and the front desk personnel was extremely pleasant.
Our bathroom had an old mildew smell.

Check-in was fast and easy and check-out was even quicker. The rooms were nice and roomy. The bed was very comfortable. I also love the fact that there was an iron and ironing board in them. The swimming pool was inviting but didn't have time for a dip. The front desk was also more than happy to supply a written copy of any traveling direction we needed.

I walked around in my white socks and they stayed white.
I waited 17 minutes to be seated for breakfast in a less than 1/2 full restaurant.

While I was upset that I did not get seated for breakfast, I also have to say that I enjoyed excellent service and an excellent crab cake at the very same restaurant for dinner. The staff was top notch friendly and helpful.

Location and price were good.
Front desk staff was not helpful, hot-to-cold-to-hot showers were greatly disliked.

This is an old hotel that recently had a lot of cosmetic work done to make it look more modern and updated, including flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms. The non-cosmetic items are still big problems. The water temperature in the showers fluctuate wildly (and quickly) from hot to cold, and the beds are very uncomfortable and feel like they have not been replaced in several years.

Interior was recently renovated, nice linens, shower, etc. and is in close to the BWI Airport, offering free shuttles.
The shuttle service was great headed to the airport, it was not as prompt to pick us up though.

We did not spend a great deal of time in this hotel, but did find the rooms to be updated and of good quality. Very clean and friendly!

Good location, attractive landscaping, clean attractive room, well maintained pool, very helpful staff.
Seemed to be under renovation in some areas.

We were very pleased with the hotel and staff. The staff was very helpful and our room was nicely furnished and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to either family or business travelers.
