Bathroom.

The bedroom area was nice. The air conditioner looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The hallways had a urine smell to them. The bathroom was outdated and so was hard to tell if it was clean or not. I wouldn't pay full price to stay at this hotel.

Staff was excellent.
Too far out.

My husband had a medical emergency while we were here and the staff
was so nice - called an ambulance, picked me up from the hospital and brought me back to the hotel and gave us an extra late check out.

Had to pass an open door to the laundry on the way to the room.

A few days before we arrived I requested that our friends (we were traveling with another couple who had another room) have a room with two beds and that they wouldn't have far to walk. They ended up with one bed and we had to walk up two flights of stairs to our rooms.

The bar in the hotel was fun and friendly. We went to see a show and some of the people in the show stayed there and we were able to talk to them.

Hotel was nice. My husband said it was the most comfortable bed in a hotel he has ever slept in.

It was fairly clean, nothing stood out one way.
Noisy people in hall at 4:45am.

You could tell some renovations had been done. It was clean. You could tell there was new carpet and it was bunching in some areas and had to be re fitted. Very nice pool area.

Got some great advice from the front desk on tourist options.
A lot of noise from the gym next door.

The hotel is a typical Holiday Inn. Steer away from rooms on the same side as the adjacent gym (noisy all night). Close to the airport but otherwise a pretty average location. Not conducive to taking an evening or morning walk, and if you want to find somewhere to eat, it's quite a drive. The in-house restaurant food was good but the atmosphere is lacking (bar and restaurant need serious updating). read more
