Close to train station.
The check in staff was too officious and not friendly.

Nice hotel that met my needs. The rooms heater did not work and the small space heater I was given did not work. You could not make phone calls from the room and had to be asked to be connected. After I complained about the cold room I was immediately moved from the 2nd floor to the top floor (9th). The phone still did not work.

good location, nice facilities, breakfast was very nice too.

Convenient city centre venue, exactly what we wanted for one night. Facilities are fine, room and staff were quite helpful. Not a new hotel but clean and tidy. A bit of noise outside on saturday evening but you can get that in any city.
