Convenient location for shopping and easy access to highway.
I thought the restaurant was priced a bit high.

Room was clean and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable, one of the best nights sleep I had in a while.

Cheap
Changed rooms 3 times, dirty, musty smelling, insects.

While the staff was very nice and helpful, this hotel needs work. Lots of moldy areas in the bathrooms. Exhaust fans not working. Outside doors not locking. Fire alarms went off twice. Police were called at least twice due to unruly guest or visitors. My wife was bitten by a spider. Mattresses were old and lumpy and vacuuming under the beds and behind end tables had not been done. read more

Can't think of a thing
Poor service, broken AC, smoking when I specified non-smoking

I've never done a review on anything, but this place was so bad I couldn't not report it. I stayed there overnight during a 2 day charity walk. The front desk first tried to assign me to a smoking room. When I caught the error, they were surly. Then they assigned me to a room right on the noisy pool. When I asked to be moved because I expected to go to sleep early, they said they didn't have any other rooms. When the AC failed to work, they sent the hotel handyman, who told me it was broken. When I went to the front desk to find out what we were going to do, the handy man was standing right there. The manager, not know I had already spoken with the handy man, told me they would send him to my room to fix it. When I said I knew he had already seen the unit and said it couldn't be fixed, he got curt, having been caught in a lie. He then suddenly found anotehr room for me, which hadn't been available just moments before when I asked to be moved off the pool. It was across the lobby (where missing / broken ceiling tiles littered the floor and buckets were catching a steady stream of drips of who knows what from the ceiling), up the elevator (broken), and turned out to be a smoking room. I was so exhasuted and disgusted that I just accepted the new room without comment. My husband and kids went to the pool. The water was so cloudy you could not even see the bottom, and we eventually decided it wasn't clean enough to swim in. This place is a DUMP. read more

The staff was friendly. I was pleased to see the bed linens and bed spreads were very clean.
Although my room was a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was still apparent in the room.
