It was quiet and clean.
We flew into Bozeman late after a delayed flight, then had to deal with damaged luggage. It was after 1:00 am when we left the airport, and we were so thankful for the proximity of the hotel. Be forewarned that Map quest is incorrect. The young man at the desk guided us back to the hotel and made sure check in was quick and painless. We got the floor location we had asked for. The hotel is quite nice, the beds comfortable and the bathroom roomy. I suspect the hotel is not very old. It was clean and quiet. read more

The customer service was excellent..
There was a large group of traveling students at the hotel who were noisy and rude.
I arrived in the midst of a snow storm at 11:00 am, far too early for check in but they were very accommodating and got me in right away. The staff was excellent. Although not technically the hotel's fault, there was a large group of traveling students staying at the hotel who were screaming and running in the halls.

Pool. Beds were comfortable.
Loud noisy lobby. Smell, dingy hallways. Motel-like entrance. No refrigerator or continental breakfast.
While the hotel room was clean and comfortable and the pool area was nice, the hotel is not even close to the comfort, cleanliness, or atmosphere of the Marriott Residency but rated the same. No continental breakfast. Noisy bar on site which provided a different atmosphere than we would have liked on this family trip.

The room was pleasant and clean. Bathroom had been renovated
Long, dark halls. No elevator.
Room was fine, bed comfortable etc. Long, dark hallways, often with dirty dishes from room service in them. Lobby area very nice. Restaurant was poor. Hours of service very limited. No elevator. Had to carry bags up stairs.

It was easy to find and the outside appearance was attractive.
I was surprised to find that the room we were in, did not have a fridge or microwave and the bed was terribly uncomfortable.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that they had held a Medical Marijuana Conference and on that day, the odor inside the hotel was terrible. The staff seemed very pleasant but as I stated above, the room was not as I expected for a hotel compared to others. I have stayed in Bozeman Montana.

Poor internet connection.
Nice room. One of the worst restaurants I have ever ordered a meal from. Internet connection was really bad.
