Location - front desk staff very friendly.
Nothing not to like.
Used this as base for travel to Big Sky Ski Resort and West Yellowstone - nice location/ clean room and very friendly staff who appear to be college students doing the right thing and working way through college and not relying on mom and dad to pay for a life style they have not earned yet.

The beds were fine, the room was clean enough but it was a very old style hotel. The stairway and entry smelled of cigarette smoke and there wasn't a thermostat on the wall. Any hotel where you have to adjust the heat via a window mount heat/AC unit should never qualify as a 3 star hotel.

It was quiet and clean.
We flew into Bozeman late after a delayed flight, then had to deal with damaged luggage. It was after 1:00 am when we left the airport, and we were so thankful for the proximity of the hotel. Be forewarned that Map quest is incorrect. The young man at the desk guided us back to the hotel and made sure check in was quick and painless. We got the floor location we had asked for. The hotel is quite nice, the beds comfortable and the bathroom roomy. I suspect the hotel is not very old. It was clean and quiet. read more

The customer service was excellent..
There was a large group of traveling students at the hotel who were noisy and rude.
I arrived in the midst of a snow storm at 11:00 am, far too early for check in but they were very accommodating and got me in right away. The staff was excellent. Although not technically the hotel's fault, there was a large group of traveling students staying at the hotel who were screaming and running in the halls.

Pool. Beds were comfortable.
Loud noisy lobby. Smell, dingy hallways. Motel-like entrance. No refrigerator or continental breakfast.
While the hotel room was clean and comfortable and the pool area was nice, the hotel is not even close to the comfort, cleanliness, or atmosphere of the Marriott Residency but rated the same. No continental breakfast. Noisy bar on site which provided a different atmosphere than we would have liked on this family trip.
