Location

I was told that I had to take a smoking room, which by the way, smelled like hell. Also, the first night, they had a fund raiser event with the band just outside the room.

Room location and bathroom.

The hotel is in a prime location; however, this is the only perk of the hotel. Had an interior room which was very humid due to the indoor pool and the bathroom was very small, dated and no ventilation. The room itself was nice with Wi-Fi, LCD TV, and comfy bed. Staff was not very helpful with the exception of one or two employees.

Location close to shops, restaurants, supermarket and across the street from T.
Room was just a box very small.

Hotel rooms are very small but adequate you almost don't have to get out of bed to get most things. Hotel and rooms are very clean and the architecture is unique for a hotel w/rooms opening out to a large long atrium.

The friendliness and helpfulness of staff.
Nothing.

Clean and contemporary rooms. Nice lobby with free coffee service in the mornings. Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
