Came with a refrigerator and
comfy beds.
Location a tad further than hoped for.

The hotel employees were very nice, the room was clean except under beds. They could have spent a few extra mins cleaning under them. They were comfy and the room was comfortable too. The appearance was nice, refrigerator was nice to have! Shower and bathroom was nice, TV too. For the price not bad at all, I'll be back there in the future.

The fact we are seniors,we were happily surprised, the ease that we were able to navigate.
Adam Mark parking was $10.00 Holiday Inn was free.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, rooms were large and clean, restaurant was super 2nd night, Downtown Holiday Inn, Buffalo. The Inn was smaller but again was clean and easy to navigate, staff was friendly.

Despite the old exterior and common areas, the rooms had new beds and bathrooms and were recently redecorated.
Somewhat dingy exterior and hallways.

The bed was comfy.
The heat was on and could not be turned off, very hot, had to open window on 4th floor not screen with 2 kids.

The hotel was okay, it did the job, but was not at all happy that the heat could not be turned off and that the fan or air could not be turned on. It was very hot making an uncomfortable sleep. The front desk told us to open a window. However, I have 2 small children and was very anxious about having the window open with no screen on the 4th floor.

The hotel did not have a fridge or microwave in the room.

The staff were very friendly. The check-in was a breeze and we were given a room with two beds as per our request. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. There is some wear on doors etc. but nothing that detracts from the overall experience.

Ceap, decent location.
It is a well-lit commercial area with small stores and gas stations. It is very easy to get to/from Albuquerque Airport from there. That the door was propped open with a washcloth when we got there.
