Nice room, linens, friendly staff, pool.
No refrigerator or microwave in room.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights over Christmas with my adult son and his two small children. The rooms were very nice with nice linens and a coffee maker but no microwave or refrigerator. The main lobby, rooms and public areas appeared to be recently renovated. Room service was available, as well as fresh brewed coffee in the lobby. There is also a sports bar on site associated with the restaurant. USA Today was delivered in the morning. The pool was well used by all five of my grandchildren one of the days we were there. We only had breakfast at the hotel one day and children-eat-free was a nice touch. read more

The location was great, and the rooms were very clean.
The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Everything about this hotel was good except for the beds and pillows, they were very uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly. You felt valued as a customer.
Nothing.

It was a pleasant experience. The rooms were plush. There was a choice of pillows on the bed. 2 labeled as firm and 2 labeled as soft. Everyone knows how important your pillow is to having a good nights sleep.

Friendly, helpful staff.
Small room & bathroom, no closets, iron, ironing board, not updated.

This hotel is very conveniently located. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and lack essentials- closet, iron, ironing board. That bathroom was also very small with very little counter space. Rooms are not updated. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Overall it was adequate, but did not reflect its 3* rating.

Very convenient, great beds and pillows.

This is a pleasant hotel, economically priced and convenient. Staff is helpful, airport shuttle accommodating and timely. I would stay there again if I were driving through.

Convenient to University mall where we were shopping.

We were not in our room much but the beds were very comfortable, staff friendly, room clean, easy check-in and check-out. Did not use dining facilities. Had an issue with huge loud party next door which was handled very quickly when I called the front desk. Convenient to UVM and the mall. I called the hotel as soon as I had reservation to request bed type and no smoking room - very easy. read more
