The location.
The rooms need renovating.

Was hoping for a smoke free room, however one was not available. The staff did what they could to help with the stale smoke smell but was unsuccessful. Also the beds had a lot to be desired. Overall the hotel is in need of remodeling. Seems old and run down. Staff was very friendly.

Great area because close to the Burnsville Mall & also alot of eating places close.

The staff.
The pool was closed.

They hotel went out of their way to make up for the fact the pool was closed. With a young child a pool is very important.

Rooms poorly kepted and cleaned. I have stayed here before, but did not enjoy this stay.

The location was convenient and the facilities were
excellent.

Check-in and check-out was handled very well. An excellent front desk staff that was very helpful with directions to local places of interest.

Very basic hotel but clean.
Room was a little bit dirty and had some issues with the TV remote working.

Good hotel for the basic traveler. We were visiting during the a large event, so it wasn't our first choice of hotels, but was very happy with the choice once we arrived.

Staff having restaurant lists.
Pool was not very accessible to kids - just ladders, no stairs.

This hotel was nice. The pool floor was very slippery. I saw several child fall. I wish the pool would have had stairs and not a ladder. Overall, it was worth the price. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly.
