I loved the pool / spa.
I cannot think of anything that I did not like.

The hotel was most attractive, particularly the lobby with comfortable seating and an impressive fireplace. The underground parking was an excellent feature even the decor on the garage walls. We really enjoyed our stay.

Modern rooms, comfortable, good staff.
Further from airpport than expected.

Modern, clean, upscale- not next to airport but efficient means for hotel to get you there, if relying on local restaurants,not sure that anything was nearby-went there after dinner so needed nothing but a bed and bathroom.

Comfortable hotel in quiet area of city
The card keys did not work. had to go downstairs for replacements

Good clean hotel, friendly staff, quiet area of the city, reasonable access to downtown, small reception area but usable, lots of parking, restaurant reasonable with good food. This hotel is not in the area of the airport although the name indicates proximity. There is a new Holiday Inn very near the airport that adds confusion.

I already mentioned about the purpose of booking the king size room, it’s for my first night of wedding, I wanted it quiet and romantic, but the server was bad, especially in the bathroom, they didn’t carry any toothpaste and cleaning stuff, bad experience with this hotel service!

Clean hotel, great pool! Great view of the city. Good location close to shopping centres.
Housekeeping was a little loud in the morning outside our room. We had a do not disturb sign up and they still woke us up.

Excellent hotel with great views of the city. The pool was great for our nine year old son. We enjoyed our stay.
