Convenient to business location & commercial areas.
Noisy rooms.

My first night I returned from a long day of business to find no heat in room. It was 60 degrees and 9:00pm. Front desk offered to move me but I was too tired. They sent an extra blanket. I slept miserably & listened to someone in room next door cough all night long. Next day they fixed the heat and stay was better.

Easy access to the pool and parking lot from our room.
Dirty behind the bathroom door; roof leaks in various places around the facility during a hard rain.

The folks at the front desk were very welcoming, and the fresh baked cookies they offered upon my arrival were a nice touch! I really enjoyed the convenience of nearby shopping and restaurants, free internet access, and great pool/hot tub/spa facilities! Thanks for a great stay!

Convenient.

The pathway to the rooms and the way they are lined up is unattractive. However, since the hallways are enclosed, that may be nice for travelers in winter. Hotel looks old but too costly to update because of it's boxy construction.

The bed was super comfy.
Noise right outside our room with pool table and games area located there.

It was a lovely hotel, with a friendly staff.

The room was very clean. Checkin was easy.
The room faced the atrium where there are games, a bar and pool - very noisy.

This hotel is overpriced. They do not offer a continental breakfast like most hotels in this price range do now. It is very noisy when there are people at the bar/restaurant or game room and pool area, and you have a room facing that center open area. The room was clean and comfortable. However, because there is no continental breakfast and the noise level, I would not recommend this hotel. read more

The room smelled of mildew.

This is an older property that is a decent place to stay. The staff was very friendly. It is conveniently located to shopping and dining.

The room was very nice and updated-comfortable.
I would have liked to have continental breakfast provided.

This was a great hotel for the price. The room was updated and clean, the lobby and the pool area very spacious and open.

Room was clean.
Poor ventilation. No exterior windows.

Poor design of windows only facing hallways. No privacy if any daylight is desired. Feels like a cave. Hallways reeked of cigarettes. Poor ventilation as cigarette odor permeated through bathroom vent. No fan in bath. Breakfast at restaurant consisted of undercooked eggs and warmed up waffles.
