The room was very clean.
Our sheets were damp.

Though the room and bed were clean and comfortable, our sheets were strangely damp. When I asked for a new set, they too were damp. This was odd and the front desk clerk was very apologetic the next morning and tried his best to rectify the situation. The other off-putting part of our stay was the noise from the pool and the wedding/prom/drunk-fest being held there. The way the hotel was built windows facing inward we were kept up by the various types of revelry and folks stumbling to their rooms. My husband put it best this is a great hotel if you are chaperoning a high-school pool party. read more

Nice hotel with a friendly staff
One afternoon our keys wouldn't work and we had to have new ones made

All in all the hotel was very nice.

The pool area and game room were nice.
A wedding was being held there. I had to park 1 block away from my room.

They need to enlarge their parking lot if they are going to cater to wedding parties. The guest come and take all the parking spaces that are supposed to be for the motel guest. I was very irritated with this. Otherwise it is a nice motel.

Employes standing around rear door when we were leaving.

Works great for us. Rear parking area not closed in I think a safty issue.

Great location for anything at the University of Northern Iowa. Good food, friendly staff and nice pool area.

Noisy at night. Kids running up an d down halls

The location was great. It is kept up well. We were in a room at poolside and it was quite noisy late in the evenings and sometimes into the early morning hours.
