Had to take a smoking room.

Quick overnight stay, had a great experience. Great pool and facilities. Convenient food and shopping. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful.

The kids love this hotel, they are under the odd impression that it's the fanciest one around. We think it's the pool.
Pool is in the middle of the hotel, all rooms are subject to the noise.

The cleanliness and quietness. Great amenities for all ages.
Nothing.

We have stayed at this hotel with Priceline. To be able to get the respect and comfort at a greater price was awesome. It is also located across the street from everything.

The hotel was very nice and so was the staff. We wanted a nonsmoking room and were placed in a smoking room which we really did not like!

Open fun area: ping pong billiards, hot tub, pool, exercise room, cookies, location, free internet, fridge/microwave friendly staff.
No free breakfast, frequent internet disconnects.

This hotel is undergoing renovations, did have some noise, but did not interrupt. It was kind of interesting there were no outside windows so was dark a long time in the morning. Got to sleep in even though by the pool! Nice for those who want that. I enjoyed it but do like a view! The open area for games and fun had a nice feel to it. It has a cozy welcoming feeling extending to the eating area nearby. Enjoyed the exercise room daily. Staff was pleasant and always accommodating, including cleaning staff. I didn't take the time to figure out why internet disconnected so frequently and was slow. I was able to work through it but not without persistence. I see later, there was a number to call. Room had low lighting, we were scrap booking so missed some extra lighting but did ok. Had extra tables/benches that gave space to work and eat. Worth the $47. Just missed the breakfast I can get at other places. Most would enjoy this place, and you can't count all the shops nearby. It's an unending commercial area, but not noisy. read more

Room too warm, bathroom floor not clean.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for us when visiting our son and his family. The facility is very nice; the overall appearance is attractive and clean looking. The clerk at check in was very cooperative and friendly.

Bedding, cookies, coffee, breakfast room service.
Voices in hall outside room. No window to outside. Not enough towels, front entrance stinks.

We had our do not disturb sign on door till 1:30 and when we returned at 8 p.m. our room was not serviced. Called for towels and coffee and they were delivered. Even though the cleaning staff was still there when we left at 1:30.
