front desk man made us feel like we were 2nd class, saying "you know since you booked online you get 'the run of the lot' and further explained we would get a leftover, not so great room...i found this to be very rude

Very prepared, helpful and pleasant staff.

Very pleased with my stay. Every staff person was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The decor was stylish and newly updated. The hotel was clean. The location was a 5 minute walk to the Time Warner Arena where we were attending a concert.

Everyone from the valet staff to the hotel staff was very friendly.

I really enjoyed myself, The staff was so helpful and friendly. They just make you feel welcomed, I would go and stay there every chance I get.

Too noisy and staff does not care about the noise.

Do not stay here if you need to sleep. The noise from the outdoor roof top dance club will keep you up all night. If it doesn't then the guests who had too much to drink will wake you when they come in and start pounding on room doors.

Very comfortable beds and very helpful staff.
Distance to the convention center was stated as 4 blocks, but it seemed further!

The hotel was attractive, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was an excellent value. Further from the convention center than I had anticipated, but walkable.
